Job Description

1. Specifics

○Prospect & Develop New Business by finding and opening new accounts

○Initiate and evaluate new business opportunities in the geographic area

○Build and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships

○Prepare and Present Product Knowledge to inform potential and current clients and sales associates about our product line

○Research current and potential client database and provide valuable guidance in the purchasing of which products according to the customer’s clientele

○Communicate territory feedback, opportunities, & competition to the Canadian distribution team

○Participation in social media campaigns according to our social media policy

○Comfortable conversing about sensitive issues and making others feel at ease concerning women’s intimate concerns and questions.


2. Qualifications, Education, Experience

○Valid Driver’s License & Car

○Professional appearance

○Positive attitude & team player

○Ability and willingness to travel frequently within territory and work independently

○Self-Motivated & Success Driven

○Proficient in-person sales, oral and written communication

○Dynamic, Personable, Fun


○Ability to Prioritize and manage multiple clients

○Proficient in basic computer software, and social media (or willingness to learn)

○Ability to suggest products based on customer needs and earn their trust

○Preferably minimum 2 yrs sales experience in the retail or wholesale industry
